1. What GymFreak is
GymFreak is a demo web app that compares training (and optionally sleep) logs with published research ranges. Built as a portfolio by Lennaert De Schepper. It is not a medical device, not a shop, and not a company product yet.
2. Who may use it
16 or older. Guest mode: look around; no private uploads. Registered account: you may upload your own workout CSV. No spam, scraping, or abuse.
3. Demo data
The public insights view uses anonymous aggregates derived from sample training data. It is not a public workout feed. Do not treat demo numbers as your own unless you are logged in with an upload.
4. No unsupported promises
Insights are informational. “Optimal” means within cited research ranges given these logs — not a guarantee of hypertrophy, fat loss, or injury prevention. Not medical, dietary, or legal advice. If you are injured or ill, see a qualified professional.
5. Payments
There are no paid plans in this demo. No Stripe, no refunds, no invoices.
